Cancellation Policy

We reserve dedicated time for each guest and appreciate your respect for our appointment policy. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled service and will still be charged in full.
Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full service amount, and future bookings may require a deposit. Availability can be limited, so we encourage pre-booking your next appointment or joining our waitlist for earlier openings.

Return Policy

Shop items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and make it right.
